To introduce Heimat’s first North American lifestyle gym, the brand became a lead sponsor of Neon Carnival, one of Coachella weekend’s most exclusive events. The goal: create a VIP lounge that transported guests directly into the Heimat world, mirroring the look and feel of the gym’s refined, members-only lobby.

 

Partnering closely with Heimat’s in-house design lead, I oversaw the transformation of a standard white event tent into a fully immersive desert oasis. The build included stained architectural walls, curated flooring, custom-printed wallpaper, and a fabric-wrapped ceiling treatment. We produced a bespoke bar, installed suspended lighting throughout the space, and layered in furniture and décor that reflected Heimat’s elevated, design-forward aesthetic.

 

The result was a high-impact brand environment that seamlessly blended luxury, lifestyle, and nightlife—introducing Heimat to a North American audience in a way that felt both exclusive and effortless.
