SXSW with WarnerMedia

CLIENT: WarnerMedia
LOCATION: Austin, TX
ROLE: Executive Producer
YEAR PRODUCED: 2022
For WarnerMedia’s 2022 SXSW debut, I led production on a multi-level brand experience designed to bring the company’s entertainment, news, and sports portfolio together under one roof. Over three days, WarnerMedia House served as a central hub for panels, screenings, and immersive fan experiences—positioning the brand as a major presence within the festival landscape.
The experience featured three fully programmed floors, each with a distinct purpose and audience flow. The main floor was dedicated to The Year of DC and transformed into an interactive gallery and fan activation, showcasing authentic costumes, props, and exclusive artwork from DC’s film, television, gaming, and animation franchises.
The second and third floors hosted a curated lineup of panel discussions, private screenings, and nightly DJ-driven events—creating a seamless blend of content, culture, and community. The result was a highly trafficked, content-rich environment that engaged fans, media, and talent while reinforcing WarnerMedia’s leadership in entertainment storytelling.
