Momofuku, 2018

CLIENT: AT&T
LOCATION: Toronto, OT
ROLE: Executive Producer
YEARS PRODUCED: Multiple Years (2017-2019)
For three consecutive years, AT&T established a high-impact presence at the Toronto International Film Festival, creating premium, multi-floor environments that became key destinations for talent, media, and industry insiders.
The program debuted with a three-floor takeover of Toronto’s iconic Momofuku, transforming the space into a four-day activation. The first floor served as a co-branded, invite-only dining experience for A-list celebrities and media, while the second and third floors were converted into Variety’s official photo and video studios. Each evening, all three floors seamlessly transitioned into film premiere cocktails and after-parties, creating a dynamic day-to-night footprint.
In 2019, AT&T evolved the experience with a move to the boutique hotel Le Germain, launching their first-ever AT&T On Location studio. The second floor was fully transformed into three custom-built interview studios in partnership with Variety. From custom walls and full furniture overhauls to layered branding moments, every detail was strategically designed to create a dramatic sense of arrival and a clear visual departure from the hotel’s standard aesthetic.
The result was a polished, broadcast-ready environment that reinforced AT&T’s role as a premium media and entertainment partner at one of the world’s most influential film festivals.
